By installing or using Quickar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. What Quickar is
Quickar is an educational app for learning automotive mechanics. It provides short lessons, explanations, images, and OBD2 fault code reference material for study. It is not a diagnostic tool, repair manual, or professional service.
2. Not professional diagnosis or repair advice
Quickar is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide professional vehicle diagnosis, repair, inspection, or safety certification. OBD2 code descriptions are reference material and may not reflect the exact cause in your vehicle. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and consult a qualified technician before working on a vehicle.
3. Permitted use
You may use Quickar for personal study and learning.
You may not:
- Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Rely on the app as the sole basis for vehicle repairs or safety decisions.
- Attempt to damage, overload, or tamper with the app.
- Copy, modify, decompile, or resell the app without the developer’s permission.
- Use mass automation against the app or third-party services.
4. Your data and responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the information in the app. Study progress and preferences may be stored on your device. Back up your device if you do not want to lose local data.
Vehicle systems vary by make, model, year, and region. Content is general educational material and may not match every vehicle or situation.
5. Ads and purchases
The app may show third-party ads (e.g. Google AdMob). Ads are not the developer’s endorsement of advertised products or services.
In-app purchases may be available (e.g. remove ads or premium features). Payments are processed by Google Play. Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play rules.
Data handling for ads and purchases is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the app and these terms
The developer may change features, design, languages, lessons, ads, purchases, or availability at any time. These terms may also be updated. The current version is the one published at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, as allowed by law.
7. Limitation of liability
Quickar is provided “as is” and “as available.” There is no guarantee it is error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or free of data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebulaz Apps is not liable for vehicle damage, repair costs, safety incidents, user decisions, or indirect damages from using the app or relying on its content. Where liability cannot be limited, this applies only to the extent permitted.
